The Ontmoetingskerk is a church located at Augurksteeg 11 in Enkhuizen, Netherlands. The church was built in 1904 according to an design by Huibertus Bonda and serves as the Gereformeerde kerk.
In 1982, the church space was split into two levels, with the main worship area located on the first floor. This change allowed for the installation of meeting rooms and a kitchen on the ground level.
- The Ontmoetingskerk has undergone significant changes in recent years.
- In 2012, the building was sold to the Gereformeerde Gemeente van Enkhuizen after the Gereformeerden merged with the Nederlands Hervormden to form Protestantse Kerk in Nederland (PKN).
- Prior to this change, the church had previously been used by the Gereformeerde Gemeente van Enkhuizen.
- The church also served as the meeting place for the Gereformeerde Gemeente van Andijk, which had previously met in a small schuurkerkje on Kerkepad in Andijk.
After purchasing the Ontmoetingskerk, the name of the building was not changed. The two towers above the entrance are not of equal height. In the summer of 2020, the exterior of the church underwent restoration work.
