The Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), also stylized as Iglesia Ni Cristo, is an independent nontrinitarian Christian church founded in 1913 and registered by Felix Manalo in 1914 as a sole religious corporation of the Insular Government of the Philippines.

History

  1. Founded in 1913, the INC was initially led by its founder, Felix Manalo. After his death in 1963, his son Eraño Manalo took over as leader, and later his son Eduardo V. Manalo succeeded him as Executive Minister.
  2. The church has grown to become a nationwide institution with 1,250 local chapels and 35 cathedrals.
